Entertaining Canapés – Asparagus wrapped with Manchego | Smoked Salmon | Beef Sourdough Toasts

It will soon be time to entertain our friends with canapes and bubbles.
Learn how to make a selection of easy to prepare and serve canapes that will delight and impress every guest.

To ensure you can relax and enjoy the occasion, these canapes can be served either at the end of the session, or anytime over the next couple of days.

We will make:
– English asparagus wrapped with Manchego, Parma ham & balsamic vinegar
– Smoked salmon & cream cheese croustades with lemon & dill
– Seared fillet of beef sourdough toasts with horseradish crème fraiche
