Join Celebrity chef Tim Maddams for his wildly fun Tapas & Tails class. It’s the perfect way to kickstart your weekend​​​​​​​​ with some great foodie chat.

Tim has taken the cocktail recipe from Mark’s latest literary offering “Herbs” a cook’s companion – we have no idea why he has swapped Gin for Vodka – perhaps we should ask him?

It seems logical to pair the Tarragon in the Gimlet with the seasonal asparagus, especially as the season is short, and this would be as a classic sauce Bearnaise, however, we do not want to overdo the tarragon, so we will make the mother sauce, Hollandaise, instead.

This is always a popular class so book your spot quickly before it gets filled up.
