Q. What is a Larks Live Class
A. A Larks Live class is dan interactive, recreational food and drink experience led by one of our professional team. The classes can cover specific recipes, skills or anything else food and drink related that can be enjoyed online.
Q. How many people can I have at my screen cooking?
A. Each ticket allows for 4 participants per screen. A ticket is for one screen.
Q. What does my ticket buy?
A. Each ticket provides access to the class and when you create an account you also have access to the full downloadable recipe. You can have up to 4 people per screen.
Q. How does it work?
A. Take a look at our wide variety of classes, select one that inspires you and book your place. You will create this dish in your own home, guided by our professionals. Have fun getting organised and preparing your ingredients. You’ll have a full list of what’s needed and can speak to your chef at any point if you have questions. Then to start the class, click the zoom link we’ve provided. You’ll find it on the email we sent or if you have created an account at My Account > Downloads. Create restaurant quality food and enjoy. Our chef will lead you through creating the dish and cook alongside you from their kitchen. At the end of the class you will have a meal to enjoy and some new skills to take to your next cooking experience.
Q. Where does the class take place?
A. We run our classes online over ZOOM. If you need to download zoom, go to www.zoom.uk
Q. When will I receive my Zoom Link?
You will receive you Zoom Link in an email as soon as you book the class. If you have set up on account with us it will also be available in My Account > Downloads.
Q. I can’t find the ZOOM link for my class, where should I look for it.
A. A Zoom link is automatically sent as soon as you book the class. If you have set up on account with us it will also be available in My Account > Downloads. If you still can’t find it, get in touch with us at: [email protected]
Q. How do I book a class?
A. Go to www.larkslive.com , browse the classes, select the one you would like to join, pop down to the ticket section, select how many tickets you would like and click “Get Tickets”. Once payment is verified you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt.
Q. Where can I buy a gift voucher?
A. You can purchase e-gift vouchers from https://larkslive.com/gift-vouchers/. You can select the value you would like to gift.
Q. How do I redeem my gift voucher?
A. If you have a new style gift voucher, you can redeem it at point of booking. If you have one of our older style vouchers, select your class and send us an email ([email protected]) with the details and we will do the rest. We respond to emails within 24 hours.
Q. I don’t have Zoom. Is this a problem?
A. Not at all, you can download zoom at www.zoom.us
Q. I don’t have internet access at home, is this a problem?
A. You will need a good internet connection to join our online classes.
Q. I would like to run classes on Larks Live, how do I go about this?

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. You can cancel up to 24 hours before a class starts.

Q. Is there a maximum number of screen in the class?
A. It’s really important to us that the classes are small enough for participants to engage with each other and the chefs, so we usually have a maximum of 12 screens per class. In some classes, this may be larger, but not usually more than 20.
Q. I can’t find any classes that inspire me, can you help?
A. Of course, drop us an email at [email protected] with any suggestions or ideas you have for classes and we will be happy to chat and see if we can set up the type of classes you are looking for.
