Ingredients
  

NGREDIENTS FOR LAMB ROGAN JOSH

  • 500 gms Lamb pieces diced into 1 inch pieces
  • Marinade in juice of ½ a lemon and a little salt
  • 2 tbsp.Ghee
  • 1 black cardamom/or 2 green cardamom
  • 1 Bay leaf

(Dry Spices)

  • A pinch Asafoetida A pinch optional
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger powder
  • ½ tsp Fennel powdered
  • ½ tsp Ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala
  • 8-10 threads Saffron
  • Salt to taste
  • Garnish
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLE PULAO

  • 250 gms Basmati Rice
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
  • ½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ Tsp Onion Seeds/ Nigella Seeds Optional
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 250 gms. Fresh/ Frozen Vegetables of your choice

Pre Class Instructions

Before the class begins
- please marinate the diced lamb with salt and lemon juice
- measure out all ingredients
