  • large pot to steam the mussels
  • sieve
  • champagne flute
  • Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients
  

Tapa – Mussel’s vinaigrette

  • 500 g mussles
  • white wine
  • 2 fresh bay leaves.
  • 1 tbsp carrot (finely diced)
  • 1 tbsp onion (finely diced)
  • coriander seeds
  • half bunch fresh parsley (chopped stems)
  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • good bread

Cocktail – French 75

  • 2 shot gin
  • 1 shot lemon juice
  • shot brown sugar syrup
  • ice
  • Champagne or cava / prosecco / sparking wine (to finish)
