I have a long career in the catering & hospitality industry. From catering at big events such as Wimbledon Tennis tournament, The British Grand Prix, Paris Air Show and Head chef of the Royal Albert Hall. I spent 6 years with the National Culinary Team of Scotland, competing at the Culinary Olympics and Culinary World Cup.
I also represented the UK as Judge & Training manager for cooking at Worldskills, Switzerland, Finland and Japan. I also received a ‘Craft Guild of Chefs’ award three times at their prestigious annual awards.
